We hold your pantry, your plans and your food log so the app can do its job. We do not sell any of it, and you can take all of it with you at any time.
What we collect
Your account email, the goal and allergies you set, and the events you create — meals logged, items added, dinners planned. Nothing is collected that a screen does not use.
What we never do
We do not sell your food data to brands, advertisers or insurers, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. There is no third-party analytics on this website.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and your pantry, plans and log are removed within 30 days, including from backups.
Taking it with you
Export everything as plain JSON from Privacy and data in the app. No request form, no waiting period.
Nutrition sources
The recipe and ingredient data on this site comes from USDA FoodData Central and from scanned product labels. That data is about food, not about you.
Your food data is yours. We use it to plan your week, we never sell it, and you can export or delete all of it yourself in one tap.
