What we store on your device.
This site sets one cookie, and it is the one that keeps you signed in. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no consent banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.
What we set
A single session cookie once you sign in, so the app knows it is still you on the next screen. It expires when the session ends or when you sign out.
What we do not set
No third-party analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no social embeds that phone home, no fingerprinting. Nothing on this website reports your reading back to anyone.
Local storage in the app
The app keeps your plan, pantry and log on your device so cook mode and the grocery list work without a connection. That is storage on your own hardware, not a cookie we read.
Why there is no banner
Consent banners exist for cookies that are not strictly necessary. A sign-in cookie is strictly necessary, so asking you to approve it would be theatre rather than a choice.
Clearing it
Sign out, or clear site data in your browser. Neither removes anything from your account — your plans, pantry and log live on the account, not in the cookie.
One sign-in cookie, nothing else. No analytics, no ad tracking, no banner — because there is nothing here that needs your permission.
